kittanehshoes.com holds the authority to decline return requests for items sent beyond a specific timeframe or in a condition differing from their original shipped state. Should you need to return multiple items—even from separate orders—consolidating them into a single box is permitted. A critical note: all return forms must be included; without these, refunds cannot be processed correctly.
Only unaltered items in their original packaging, free from damage, will be accepted for return by kittanehshoes.com.
Once we receive your return in good condition, you’ll get a confirmation email from us. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days using the same payment method you used for the order. Any membership coupons and points will be reactivated and linked to the email address you provided. It’s important to note that credit card refunds are always at the discretion of the credit card issuer, and returns or refunds may take slightly longer than usual.
